Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of click2ship.ie, operated by Click2Ship, registered in the Republic of Ireland. By booking a shipment you agree to these terms.

Click2Ship arranges international parcel carriage with third-party carriers (FedEx, DHL). We act as a booking intermediary; carriage is subject to each carrier’s own conditions.

Prices are quoted at the time of booking and charged in euro. A booking is confirmed once payment is received and a label is issued.

Liability for loss or damage in transit is limited to the relevant carrier’s published terms and international conventions (e.g. the Montreal/Warsaw conventions, CMR).

You must not ship prohibited or restricted items. See our prohibited items list. Shipping such items may result in seizure, fines, and refusal of service.

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on whether a label has been generated and whether the carrier has collected the parcel. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

You are responsible for the accuracy of customs declarations and for any duties, taxes and clearance fees levied by the destination country.

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
