Click2Ship (click2ship.ie), registered in the Republic of Ireland, is the data controller for the personal data processed through this service.
2. What data we collect
Account details (name, email), shipment details (sender/recipient addresses, parcel contents description), and payment metadata. We do not store card numbers — payments are handled by Stripe.
3. How we use your data
To create and manage shipments, process payments, provide tracking and support, and meet legal and customs obligations.
4. Data storage and security
Data is stored on EU-region infrastructure (database in eu-west-2, documents in eu-west-1). Access is restricted and audited.
5. Third-party services
We share the minimum necessary data with FedEx and DHL (to carry your parcel), Stripe (to take payment), and AWS (hosting, email, document storage).
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
